Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lecope.cph@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your product back to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
